IMSE offers Orton-Gillingham training for general education teachers,  special education teachers, and reading teachers.   This Orton-Gillingham training is a multi-sensory and phonics based program which can be added to your current curriculum to provide comprehensive reading instruction for your students. IMSE specializes in teacher development, inservice sessions, reading workshops, curriculum development, as well as parent trainings.  Our teacher development and parent training programs in Orton-Gillingham are aimed at early intervention to decrease the number of students who are struggling with reading, writing, and spelling when they enter the third grade.  Our programs also are ideal for remediation for students who have fallen behind or who have learning disabilities, dyslexia, or other impairments preventing their learning to read.  We also offer "Sensational Strategies for Teaching Beginning Readers" for parents to use with their children.
